OTHER REFUND SITUATIONS

In addition to the aforementioned situations, other situations may potentially qualify for partial or whole refunds. Please be aware that there are a few things you must do before requesting a refund, such as:

No Assigned Writer Yet

Plagiarism Claim

The consumer must submit a Turnitin report if they claim that the finished order contains plagiarized content. Turnitin reports are the only ones that will be approved. Duplicate Order/Payment

Writer’s Unavailability

Deadline Missed:

  • The company will not be held accountable if a late payment results in a delayed delivery. A refund will not be granted to the customer. Customers are advised to pay the whole amount at the time of order placement in order to avoid these kinds of circumstances.
  • The order will always be delivered on time. No compensation can be requested if the delay was caused by the task’s necessary papers being uploaded later than expected. REFUND PROCESS AND DEADLINE
